I grew up in the days of dial-up internet, Blockbuster movie nights, and barefoot summers outside until the streetlights came on. Life was simple back then—full of dance, swimming, arts, and connection—and a big part of me has always longed to bring that kind of simplicity and joy into adulthood.
These days, I channel that nostalgia into my mission to help humans reconnect with what truly matters: gentle movement, nourishing food, and soul-aligned rhythms.
I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, Food Safety Manager, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer—but more than anything, I’m here to walk beside you as you build a life that feels like you. Whether you’re joining me for a Pilates session, attending a seasonal soup pop-up, or cooking something cozy in a wellness workshop, you’re invited to breathe, rest, and move at your own pace.

I have been a client of Kristen's for several years on the Pilates reformer. I find it to be a great stretch and low-impact full body workout. Kristen is a very knowledgeable and energizing trainer. She is very fun and positive to train with.

I like how Kristen is patient and explains how to do the exercises knowing I have no clue what I am doing! I also appreciate how she works a variety of muscle groups. Kristen pushes me but not to the point of misery. I enjoy her counting methods and sometimes she does the exercise with me. Also, she has a way of including exercises that are "sneaky" which is great!

Having Reformer sessions with Kristen has greatly improved my quality of life! Within 2 sessions the daily low back pain I was having decreased to a few times a week, and now rarely. I had PT off and on for the back pain which helped but the Reformer gave me my quality of daily life back! Kristen is an expert at assessing what is out of alignment and provides exactly what I need to both strengthen and stretch the problem areas. Despite age related issues I feel stronger!
